Enforcers have shut down our usual sources of explosives, so we need to kick it home-brew style. Break into this shipping crate and steal a canister of nitric acid.
We've confiscated large quantities of explosives from local gangs. They'll probably now try to make their own. Defend this crate of nitric acid: it's a key ingredient.
Methyl-B is a little harder to come by, but we've found a small stash belonging to another gang. Burgle that building and take the chemical.
The Criminals will now be looking to acquire a solvent for their home-made explosives, and we've located a vulnerable source in this building. Defend the target from the burglars.
Lastly, we need some detonators. An explosives expert, Azrael, ram-raided an electronics store. He locked stolen detonators in the back of the van he used. Break in and take them.
The Criminals now need detonators for their home-made bombs. A shipment of electronics is in transit via this van. Protect the van from these modern day Alfred Nobels.
Now deliver everything back to our drop-off and we'll mix it up. I got a few 'expendable' guys doing the actual chemistry, since I guess you enjoy having all your fingers as much as I do.
The Criminals are now taking all of the bomb components to their drop-off. Stop that delivery, or we'll be on the other end of those explosives.
We need to test the mix, and you probably to see the results of all your hard work. Bomb these garages and show the Enforcers we're coming for them.
The Criminals have built a couple of small bombs and are going to test their home-made explosive mix. Defend these garagesand prevent the terror attacks on the populace.
The mix is good, and we're ready to make a statement: everyone has a right to high explosives, here in San Paro. Plant a bomb in this public area and then protect it until it explodes.
A third, more complex, device has been built, and the Criminals want to use it in a public area. Needier for attention than kindergarteners. Protect the area and defuse the bomb if they arm it.
